Delivery formula
$60/h + $1.25/km, $95 minimum. Time, billable distance, loading, unloading and any fees are specified in writing. No weight calculation constitutes load approval.
Machine: always by quote
Work, rental, attachments and delivery are assessed together. The assistant gives no skid-steer price.
Payment and cancellation
Individuals or unclear status: human review. Any advance is by credit card only. After completion, payment by any agreed method. Cancellation is settled at documented actual costs.
Companies, for business purposes: Interac deposit only under written terms, with an agreed written article 2125 waiver. Machine work follows a commercial policy of 100% of rental and delivery before movement. Terms require written acceptance; this policy is not an absolute legal safeguard.
